Here's what each page does and where to find it. All registered, verified Finance email accounts now use the same shared household records.

Household Dashboard
See monthly income, expenses, and household totals for His, Hers, or Combined. Review and roll over your monthly budget.

Finance Profiles · Menu → Profiles
Create, rename, and switch profiles such as Personal or Business. Each profile has its own four trackers, and everyone in the household can use them.

Money Allocation
Organize how money is assigned to goals and expenses. Choose a profile and switch between His and Hers allocations.

Payment Plans
Keep track of purchases paid over time, including the amount owed, installment schedule, and progress.

Record four-installment purchases, upcoming due dates, and what has already been paid.

Household privacy: Any person who can register and confirm a Finance account can see and edit these shared records. Give account access only to people you trust.

Each profile has separate Money Allocation, Payment Plans, Pay in 4, and Purchase Plan records. The Dashboard and ESSO remain account-wide.

Every Finance account can select any profile shown above. No invitation is required.
All profiles belong to the shared household. Every registered Finance email can view and edit them. Switching profiles never deletes records.

You can choose “Don't show this again” inside the guide. Reopening it from here lets you change that choice.

One shared household for all registered Finance email accounts. Everyone signed in can view and edit the same Dashboard, Profiles, Money Allocation, Payment Plans, Pay in 4, Purchase Plans and ESSO records.
Privacy: All current and future registered Finance accounts can access these household finances. Limit registration to trusted household members. The original account-specific documents are preserved in Supabase backups.

Cloud status is checked when you open the app. Your device keeps a local copy of saved records.
Cloud sync requires attention. Your current records are preserved locally.
Every verified Finance email account reads the same shared household data. Restore Cloud to Device downloads a backup of this device before replacing its copy. If you have unsynced work, keep the backup. Only trusted household members should register.
